Wet pressing
For the production of wet pressed parts, 2-part moulds, punches and dies, as well as a press with the appropriate pressing pressure are required. The reinforcing fibres are inserted dry, the resin is poured onto them and the mould is closed. The part geometry is limited and all parts must be mechanically reworked. This process is mainly used in tank construction.
